Clients of SOHOBE's SOHOSites can find relevant information about Internet and webhosting services by viewing the SOHOSite's Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base contains "how to" information, and tips about the Internet and SOHOSite services.

Clients can ask questions, too, about web-based issues. Those questions will be used as the basis for future entries in the Knowledge Base.

Web-based E-mail

Web-based e-mail is included with each website domain hosted by SOHOBE. This allows you to access your e-mail from any computer with Internet access by using a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. You may use this link to check your mail: Access Client Webmail. When prompted, enter your full e-mail address and your current password to complete the log-in process.

Billing Issues

Billing issues are not handled directly by SOHOSites. All accounts receivable and accounts payable issues should be directed to SOHOBE billing.
